DARPA's RASCAL Program Currently six groups of companies are competing in Phase 1 of DARPA's RASCAL program. The lead company of each group is listed below:
Each group is currently working on a System Definition proposal to go forward into the Design phase. Only two of these six groups of companies will be selected in the Phase 2 down select to perform a full design, and then one group of companies will be selected to go to Phase 3, Fabrication.
